THE ROLE


We are building one of the fasting growing Conversational Sales organizations in the world, and we need your help to source and build new relationships, gain a quick yet thorough understanding of prospect needs, act as a consultant in speaking to industry best practices and trends and get more customers onboard with our platform. That being said, in this role you will focus on leveraging our unique value proposition and customer acquisition strategy to qualify incoming conversations, and building relationships to attract new customers.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience selling SaaS or Marketing Services, to SMB and Mid-Market companies in North America.

- A knack for selling to VPs and C-Suites of sales and Marketing, as well as owners and founders of startups and fast-growth companies

- Experience crafting sales strategies for your target accounts, and building/executing on your account plan and quota attainment plan.

- Extremely strong communication, and presentation skills via phone, web conference and email.

- Experience in a cold-prospecting role, or working with cold-email campaigns. (Our customers love that we can speak first-hand to the difference of prospecting the old way vs the GrowthGenius way).

- Experience living in a CRM, ideally Salesforce


What Good Looks Like

- Deep understanding of Outbound Prospecting, Social-Selling, and Multi-Channel messaging campaigns.

- Utilizing existing resources and building new resources to drive successful customers through the pipeline

- Driving a full sales cycle

- Hitting or exceeding quota
